Rammohan M. Rai
Founder
Rammohan M. Rai, General Manager, Burgeon Learning Solutions, is an independent consultant in the field of learning and development, splitting his time between Qatar and India.

Rammohan M. Rai’s vast experience lies in the field of learning & development, having devoted more than thirty years for the Qatar Petrochemical Company, where, as a Learning & Development Specialist, his role encompassed the whole gamut of learning with the objective of realizing training needs of an organization that employs more than 1500 people. Ram Mohan Rai’s experience has been inside out of the training process, from identification to implementation, design and delivery, evaluation and analysis. He says people are a passion with him and the business of development of people is a very rewarding one. He was awarded the Best Employee Award by the Qatar Petrochemical Company in 2010.

An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD), with a Master Diploma in Training, Ram Mohan M. Rai is also a highly respected toastmaster, who has been recognized by Toastmasters International with it’s highest award, the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), which recognizes excellence in Communication & Leadership. In his journey through the toastmasters, Rai has held positions of President, Area Governor, Division Governor and is a recipient of numerous recognition and awards, among which are the Spirit of Success Award, Outstanding Contribution Award, Outstanding Toastmaster Award, Leadership Excellence Award, Dynamic Leader Award and the Best Division Governor Award. Rai is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development; Toastmasters International; Charter President & member of Talking Matters Toastmasters Club; Founder Member of People Developers, Qatar (a body of professional Trainers and HR Personnel).

Justin Babu is an illustrious Trainer/Facilitator, Experiential learning expert, Motivational Speaker, Coach & fire walker with more than 27 years of experience in the space of learning and development.

Justin’s core competencies are delivering experiential learning through Train the Trainer – Facilitation Skills along with employee training engagements in the field of Leadership, Personal Development, Team Building, Motivation, Effective Customer Service Culture, Effective Sales Strategies,NLP based initiatives, Collaborative Outbound Learning (across all levels in the Org), Collaborative in-house Employee Engagement initiatives, Collaboration in institutions (for Teachers, Faculty and Professors) Campus to Corporate Transition (for all students) and a fire walk expert to help people come out of their limiting beliefs.
Justin has imparted training to over 260 companies in India & abroad and across industries such as Automobile, IT, Finance, Aerospace, Petrochemicals, Pharma, Insurance, Cements, Biotech, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, Shipping, Spirits & Breweries and Educational institutions. Hussam Ali
Trainer
An ambitious, dedicated trainer, with an aptitude for interacting and connecting with his trainees, with a commitment to their success, to further their careers and lives. He believes in the concept of an informative, yet entertaining, method of training.
Hussam started his communication and leadership journey as young lad of 14 years. He had by then taken training in Youth Leadership Workshops and Speechcraft programmes with Toastmasters International, in Doha, Qatar and Amman, Jordan. This is where he discovered his passion for training and continued on this journey. He is now an accomplished Public Speaker and Trainer having worked for several years in these fields. On July 1, 2018 he will take over as President of SICAP (Social Integration for the Community of Action Oriented People),Toastmasters Club, Toastmasters International. At a very young age he was acknowledged as a “trainer with a sense of humor and the ability to make his classes interactive”.
Husam has had his early education in the Cambridge International School of Doha and went on to enroll for his university degree with New York Institute of Technology, Amman Jordan, pursuing a degree in Arts and Design.
His love for training pushed him to embark on the Certified International Professional Trainer (CIPT) course and is certified as a Professional Trainer by the American Certification Institute, where he has the distinction of being one of the top two rank holders among the examinees. Moreover, he went to achieve the second level certification programme, the Certified International Professional Training Manager (CIPTM) course, that certifies him to train Managers.
Hussam hails from a family of trainers and has had the advantage of honing his skills in this niche area with the help of his mother, Ms. Vicky Ferrer Mustafa Ali, a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), a CIPT and CIPTM herself, and is a global trainer.
Husam is fluent in both the Arabic and English language.
